Unlike our facility-based programs like CCP and DAP, Outreach offers one-to-one support, ensuring that participants receive personalized attention that aligns with their unique goals.

- Flexible Support Hours: The number of support hours varies based on individual needs, ranging from 10 hours per week to as high as 30 hours per week. This flexibility ensures that participants receive the right level of support to thrive in their community activities.
