The Community Support Program is backed by a dedicated team of six full-time Community Resource Facilitators. Each Facilitator carries an average caseload of 15 individuals, allowing for personalized attention. Our Community Resource Facilitators are skilled and committed to ensuring that every individual receives the highest level of support.
